	3 Officers from Prisons Department and NCB attends course in Langkawi
	Two senior officers from the Prisons Department together with a senior officer from the Narcotic Control Bureau(NCB) have been sent to Langkawi, Malaysia to attend a course entitled "Certificate in Human Development Plan for Inmates" organised by the Malaysia Techical Cooperation Programme.   Thirty participants from 11 Asean and Pacific countries are taking part in the course.   During the course, participants will be atttending talks and briefing and will also be taken on educational visits to the Pokok Sena Prison and the Alor Setar Prison in Kedah, as well as paying a visit to the Taiping Prison and Batu Gajah Rehabilitation Centre in Perak   Borneo Bulletin, By Amie PDH, October 17, 2009
